# Buying Flash mx book- help Please?

I am planning to buy myself a flash mx book to use as a reference. Can anyone suggest a good book for me…so I don’t buy one that is garbage ahaha

\*I don’t know much about actionscript, only basics  
\*I want to learn about adding music, text , video etc. from external sources  
\*or anything else that you guys may think is necessary to learn
