Here is a logo of a good friend of mine’s, who does not have an account here, that needs some suggestions on what to change or keep the same.

Here is background information on the company for which he is designing the logo:  
It’s a startup data recovery company, but the owner has years of experience and all the modern equipment. He’s looking to launch a marketing campaign to really get the name out. He also is wanting a catchy, yet professional, image to do so.
