Greetings fair people,
I am in need of programmers of any type (Web Based\*). I have an excellent idea which I am sure will work, and need help constructing. If you have a lot of talent in any web coding/design area, I need your help. I plan to erect a site that aids house sellers in their process of selling their house. Details will be released per request…

I cannot promise compensation upfront, but when we get back I will pay 7% of my earnings to any soul that helps me construct said site. I will allow you to add this site to portfolio, also.

If you are even slightly interested, but skeptical, please, feel free to contact me at [admin@smalltn.com](mailto:admin@smalltn.com). I will cater to any questions you may have. If you wish to contact me in a quicker manner, you may do so via aim, at RossPerotIsAPimp.

Good tiddings, and I hope you folks take interest.

\*Includes PHP/MySql/Html/XML and what have you.
