# Can any of you Mac folks help me out?

S’up, people. I’m in the process of vectorizing a bitmapped design, and it features some letters in the Techno Font. Problem is, Techno is exclusively a Mac font. I’m on a PC. There’s no equivalent font for PC, thus my dilemma.
Would it be possible for one of y’all out there in Mac land to type the text (in all caps) “NORFOLK EXPRESS HARD WORK NO EXCUSES”, convert it from text into paths, and email it to me as an EPS or a PDF? I’m willing to sacrifice a head of yearling sheep in the name of anyone who can hook it up, and, should you ever come to visit Hampton Roads, I offer to let you crash on my couch. I believe there are converters out there. I usually just bug one of the kirupians for the font and convert it… I just don’t remember what I used to convert it a while back.

Man, if it was a free font i’d hook you up, I can’t seem to find it anywhere online for free
Heh, it came pre-installed in OS8.x and 9, thats not the case with OS X 😑

As with FTL, I had it on my old mac but alas, it’s not standard on 10.x … so I don’t have it ☹

Check out the Techno fonts on [Dafont.com](http://Dafont.com). Sorry that I don’t have that specific font, but I’m sure there’s a viable substitute somewhere!

Try here, [http://www.dafont.com/](http://www.dafont.com/) which someone mentioned or here, [http://www.fontfreak.com/fonts-a.htm](http://www.fontfreak.com/fonts-a.htm)
At those two places they may give it another name.

I checked Dafont, fontfreak, and a few other sites - this one’s a Mac proprietary font, and I’ve not found a knockoff that quite cuts the mustard.
