# Can anybody show how to do dynamic scrolling with ease in effect

I am making a site with flash and html. I have made a swf file for that where content is coming from a external text file. Now i want to put a good looking scroller for overlaping content with eas in effect in scrolling. Does anybody know any good tutorial for that or can anybody show how to do that?
