# Can anyone figure out my code issue?

Hello and thank you…  
I have attached a .fla file. In the file I have in the first frame all the action script for the entire movie. The scroll works fine but I am able to drag the moon off of the bar and I would really like for that to not be a possibility.Obviously, it should drag left and right across the bar. I appreciate your time and help. Best regards…
