# Can I duplicate & edit MovieClip?

I am working on same layout design for my portfolio Nav/subNavigation systems.  
Instead of starting over for all the same layout design, can I simply duplicate an existing MovieClip and edit the content of text and so on for the new MC?  
If so, how can I do it?
