Hello all,
Can someone give some starter code to get a menu to do like this site [http://www.imc2.com](http://www.imc2.com/). I really like the smooth scrolling of the menus. I haven’t tried to make one for myself and honestly don’t have time, so if someone could get me going I would forever be grateful.
