hi guys,  
i am looking for a menu like this site…

i know its simple for a expertise in AS. but unfortunately i am not that lucky to be one of you guys… i know that there will be some one who is willing to help.  
please guys… can any one do similar menu for me or provide me with a link where i can find smilar code or tutorials…
