# Can we take any legal action if someone steal our contents

**I have two Qns,**

**1.**  
Can we take any legal action if someone steal our contents in the wesite articles?..

I have added a [copyscape.com](http://copyscape.com) banner there…

and a copyright info also…

But there is no evidence to proove that itz my content, OR IT WAS FIRST CREATED BY ME…right?

So the thieves can easily take that data… i think so…

What can i do to prevent this…???

Plz help…

I created a wesite on a [COLOR=black][FONT=Verdana]Celebrity and i used many comments and blogs of many ppl to add in my article…[/FONT][/COLOR]
