# Cannot download partial file

Hi i was reading through a tutorial on flash mx about [color=#003366]Preloader[/color][font=Verdana][color=#003366] and Transition for Dynamic Files. When i downloaded the partial file and went to extract the files it said no files to unzip. This partial file is really needed to complete this tutorial and this is also key in the type of site i want to make.
