# Cannot find ScrollBar in Flash MX 2004

I have been following the folling tutorial

wanting to add a scroll bar to my text box…  
but I couldn’t find it in the Components panel (Flash MX 2004)  
Have they taken the scroll bar out from MX 2004?  
or does anyone know where to find the scroll bar component in MX 2004?
