I am having this problem. Everytime I click a link which happens to be a .PDF file, IE/Firefox opens the .PDF in a new window. As it tries to so, right after it freezes and everything becomes unstable. However, If I try and download the .PDF file by right-click, then of course can I view the .PDF. But I can’t open it through IE or Firefox without having problems. A technical problem or just being impatient? (shouldn’t take thaat long)
