# Can't access Action script Panel in Flash CS3

Hi everyone!

I have a site I designed in Flash 8. When I open it in Flash CS3 and try to access the AS panel it shows a message that says Flash encountered an error and has to shutdown. No other site I made in Flash 8 gives this problem does anybody kows how to fix it???
