# Can't name Instance?

Hi,

I keep having this problem where CS5 won’t let me name an instance. I have an empty\_MC on Scene 1 and when I select it the properties window is active but it won’t let me name the instance. I can’t input text into the box where the instance name would go. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
