# Can't open fla file

Hi friends,  
I want to edit a fla file. When I try to open index.fla in Macromedia Flash MX2004 (ver 7), it says “unable to open document” or “file format not correct”.

Please guide me how to open fla file in flash mx2004 (ver 7).
