Hey everyone-
I hope someone could help me here. For some reason, when I publish or preview a form, I can’t seem to see the input textfields. Is this some type of glitch? I found one instance of the same thing happening in searching the forum, but nothing was resolved out of it.

any ideas?

Thanks.
