I’m looking for an easy way of capturing streaming video of my screen and mouse movements. Is there an easy way of doing this which would result in an AVI or Mpeg vid format?

Hey upuaut8,
Visit [www.download.com](http://www.download.com) and there is a free shareware utility for saving mouse movements into a video file. The only problem is that you might see the logo of the program when re-playing the video.

Good Luck,
Kirupa
