Anyone know how to use AS to make AI cars and people to move around on the screen?

I believe AI is _quite_ advanced… You could use random values and so on, but AI? naaaaah…

Not even using code to make a car move on its own?

Of course! But calling that AI…
If you don’t find that thread Digitalsophy was mentioning, you could always do a search for “random movement” or something like that here on kirupaforum. Or go thru this tutorial:

> **[kirupa.com - Random Movement (Motion) in Flash MX](https://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/random_motionMX.htm)**

> Supra is back with a great tutorial on how to make movie clips in MX move randomly!
