# Car that can run on water. Is this a hoax?

Theres a video on youtube I came across (thru digg) and it linked to this website. If this was real it would be awesome but I dont know it just doesnt add up.

They say he was poisoned in 1998 and all his inventions were siezed. His brother also said an arab once offered him a billions dollars to stop his research. This all seem fishy to me but its too well put together I cant tell.

What do you guys think? Hoax or not?
