My friend’s trying to convince me that the popo can track my position of the cellphone by reading the reception I get based on surrounding stations kind of like locating an earthquake with three stations. Is this true? I’ve read my T-Mobile contract which nowhere does it say it may be used for tracking purposes. Even if reception gets sent back to T-Mobile, I can put my hand over my reception ball (Sony Ericsson), and the reception bar goes down one. Help me out here.
