# Center on stage?

Shame on me for not knowing this, but how do I center an mc on the stage by using action script? I tried this:

holder\_mc.\_x = Stage.widt/2 - holder\_mc.\_widt/2;  
holder\_mc.\_y = Stage.height/2 - holder\_mc.\_height/2;

…but it didn’t work : ( Any help would be most welcome!
