# CGI-BIN and news text field-how to load?

Well i’ve already run into a 2nd issue today.

I have to link a CGI-Bin into my flash movie. i’m assuming this is possible, and i think it’s with loadVariables script? If anyone knows of some links to find this out i would love to see them. I’m still really learning a lot of script. So far all i’ve found has been for XML or just isnt what i’m looking for. Also please inform me if i’m wrong in thinking i can just load a cgi URL into a dynamic scrolling text box. I just want this news to come up right away when the page loads… no buttons pressed. thanks!
