# Change on refresh

What type of script should I use when I want a certain action to take place when the user presses the ‘refresh’ button in the browser? Is this strictly an html thing? Check out this site which uses the technique I’m referring to:

Press ‘refresh’ to change the background. Any info much appreciated!
