I want to change the color mode of my movie color to grayscale.  
Please suggest me how can i do it.

wrong place to post, buddy… this is the random forum for stuff that’s not really related to design.

in any case, you need to be specific. I assume you’re talking about a video (i.e footage) and not a flash movie.  
whatever video editing program you have should be able to do what you want, it’s probably called “desaturate”. You just need some kind of color corrector which can deal with saturation, and turn it right down.
