# Changed up my editor colors, what do you think?

i was getting extremely bored with the plain editing window, the white background and all.

i would work and work, writing up new code, and after a while my eyes would get a little annoyed and i would take a break. but now, that’s over! i found out i can edit all the colors in my editor (EditPlus 3), so i switched the background to black, and all the other colors (active line, text select, line number, etc) to some reasonable neon selections.

if anyone else is bothered by the bright white background in your editor, i would highly recommend changing things up for a while and see if you notice any differences. :hugegrin:
