Is there a way to change the window title caption of a flash exe file, from “Macromedia Flash Player 8” to something else???

You’d need some other software such as Flash Jester.

Is there a way to do it using fscommand and a batch (.bat) file??

Not unless your batch file can edit the compiled code of your projector.
