# "cheap" graphic card questions

so I’m lookin at newegg and i need to get another graphic card cause the current one I have doesn’t support dual monitors. i don’t need a gaming card but I do want a relatively good one so I found these…

now I guess my questions are

[_]why are they so cheap?  
[_]because they are cheap will that degrade the quality?  
[\*]out of that list which would be the prefered one…?

also please refrain from an Nvidia vs Radeon dealio.
