Can someone tell me what they think about this? In terms of design and just overall thought?

Oh, and I was almost going to be hired for them as a web designer, but quit trying to run for the job after the first day due to a very bad and experience with the owner.

Anyways, I’m just wondering though, should I feel bad for leaving them and the $15 dollars an hour they pay thier designers? Or do you guys think I’m better off on my own doing freelance stuff… here’s my work by the way.
