I can’t seem to find a tutuorial on Kirupa that will explain how to detect the users presence of Flash or if it’s the right version.

I want to display the website normally if the user has the correct version of flash and send the user to a flash page explaining that they need to download the latest version of flash to view the site properly.

Thanks for any help.
