# Checking the global variable

Hello everyone…it been a while seen ive been here,  
I wonder if any one could remind me how i get a movie to keep checking a varable without just looping it.  
so say my movies loaded in to my main stage, played and reached a stop command, the variables global and i need the stoped movie to keep checking the variable, will it work if i put a stop in the movie? I just dont know how to do it.

please help
