# Choppy tweening

I have made a few sites I dont have a specific example but is there a way of tweening with out the choppy ness? and now and again some of the bitmaps get a horizontal line flash through it when the have tweening applied?

is there a resource some where that would help? Im not so good at explaining but if its not clear just shout and Ill try and be more specific
