# Christianity- any thought-provoking opinions?

Instead of a long drawn out story, I’m just going to put it in a nutshell:  
My gf (for 2 & half years) wishes I would convert, & has [SIZE=4]\*\*desperately \*\* [/SIZE] tried to convert me in the past. I kid you not. Bottom line is she’s a starch Christian, a very beautiful human, with a profound sense of humor & intelligence. I’ve gone with her & other Christian’s to bible-studies, church, & out of state missions. Through her, & Christian studies I thoroughly know the origin of Christianity… & all about how according to Christians: Joseph Smith is a false profit, & Catholicism DOES NOT share the basis of Christianity… because of the involvement of idols & statues… etc;  
I have thoroughly read through many of the passages in the first testament, & know a great deal.  
-My question is, now it’s really hitting home… My gf seriously has issues with me being a loyal Hindu, & accepting Christianity for what it is… She wants me to walk the “narrow path of enlightenment.”  
-If there are any Christians on this board, do you have any input on why one should convert & accept Christ as God?

P.S.- The Passion of The Christ LIVES UP TO, & FAR SURPASSES THE HYPE!! Go watch it!
