boy…flash IS addictive. 🙂
I read the tutorial for motion guides and it is relatively simple using a pencil. now what if i want to guide to be a perfect circle? Take a look at this,

How can i get the little circle to rotate around the big circle? ( with the big circle not visible)

You can do it the same way…
In the Motion Guide layer draw a circle and delete a litle piece of the line at the top of it. In the start frame one put the thingy you want to follow the Motion Guide on one end and in the end frame you put the thingy on the other end.
right click \> Motion Guide and Voila!
