Can anyone expound on what this error might mean?

**Error** C:\Documents and Settings\Jed\Desktop\Web Design\Clients\ATVCOCOON\Flash Source\mvccart\CartModel.as: Line 7: The class being compiled, ‘mvccart.CartModel’, does not match the class that was imported, ‘CartModel’.
