# Class in php

Hey All,

Once again one of my n00b questions but I couldn’t find the answer to this one on [php.net](http://php.net).

I’ve been writing a small flatfile blog and wanted to add a little style to it with css but when I enter the class=“whatever” tag it doesn’t show up.

Is there a special tag for class in php?
