Hi all.

I’m trying to create an effect where when you come to the home page (a
hybrid page)- the flash section of the site - there is a random image
displayed (1 of 10 that i program) and then starts scrolling through
like a slideshow effect - similar to webmd and cnet. The trick that I
think is that i want it to start with a random image - and then start
to cycle through screens - and when the user mouses over the section,
the slideshow pauses.

options i am considering

1. i have it working with separate swf files getting loaded into the
container - but its not scrolling through
2. goto certain label within 1 movieclip - on mouseover - pause
3. use levels - where the bg images rotate - and content is loaded
ontop of it all (mostly text - with links)
4. Use straight motion tweens.

any help is sincerely appreciated.

slims
