i am sucha n00b i cant even get a button to work ☹

i would like to have a button, which triggers a text field (dynamic with scroller) that opens next to it.

which layer do i have to use? what code function do i use? what am i doing wrong?

simply nothign happens for me ☹ ☹

help me please i m going mad.

basically: what would the code be for a button to trigger something happening in the same frame - be it a thumbnail opening to bigger size - or a text field being opened …

oh sheesh, this is embarassing. i bet most of you could do this in no time and i m fricken stuck with this _mumbles off_
