# Code for determining if people have Flash player or not?

Is there a way to determine, when a movie is played, is that specific computer has a Flash player installed or not? And moreso, if they don’t, is there a way they could still view the movie in another form? What would I have to do in the Publish Settings to make that happen? I know people have some signatures with animations in them, and I also know that they don’t accept .swf files, so how do you make an animation other than .swf’s?
