# Color difference - psd/png

Hi everyone!  
Can someone explain me what happens with the colors of the pictures that I export to png and import into flash?! I use a mac and photoshop cs2. I dont understand anything about color profile. I have tried to learn but its to hard for me. What do I have to do to keep the same colors from the original file (psd). When I export to web (png 16bits) the colors seem to be desaturated. Is this happening only in my monitor? What do I have to do to learn about the essencials of color profile and how to apply them in the correct situation?
