I was wondering if someone here could help me out with a gfx effect on [www.xplodingplastix.com](http://www.xplodingplastix.com). You can see the effect if you rollover the image. The colors on the image tints to different hues, at different x and y positions. Any help on this effect, would be greatly appreciated!
