# Combo Box Help Please

Hello

I am trying to make combo box that lists the USA states. When a state is selected how do you get it to open the url.  
Do you have to make a button next to the dropdown list or can you make it that it loads the URL on the click of the mouse, which I think will be better?

I am complete newbie at this I have no idea what is the best way. Is there any .fla files with xml script already setup with this function I can download and edit?
