# Combo boxes not showing correctly? Please take a look

Hello

We´ve finished a survey form, with several combo boxes for the user to click.  
the survey has lots of questions, each question has a sequence of combos from 1 to 10.

The client, looking at the survey at his office, says that some comboxes does not appear correcly. but when we look at the form here, it´s ok. We believe that has something to do with his conection or machines.

i´d like to ask a great favor for some of you here at Kirupa. I´d like you to take a look at the form and verify for me that all the numbers at the survey had showed correcly. That way I´ll be capable of saying to him that the system is OK.
