# Company Name

I’ve been trying to come up with a company name for ages now and every time I settle on one, I wind up changing my mind later… I was pondering lately, when I decided I liked Naughty Dog Studios. The obvious problem is that it’s very similar to “Naughty Dog,” the company famous for the Uncharted video games.

I didn’t intend to rip them off or anything. I wanted to name the company after my dog, which is a black rotty/lab mix… so I thought “Black Dog Studios.” Well, that domain was not for sale, so I started thinking about other combinations like “Black Dog.” “Bad Dog,” “Dirty Dog,” and “Naughty Dog” all came to mind and I liked Naughty Dog the most.

Do you guys think this is inappropriate?
