# Compile to swf problem

hello,

i have a problem:

i am doing website for making banner.  
i do it in flash + actionscript 3.0.  
the user can draw, add pictures,shapes, text, colors and ,and motion tween.  
i need that all the actions that the user is doing will transfer to .swf file.  
how can i do it?
