# Components lose font typestyle altogether

In CS3 AS3, when loading an external SWF that containes AS3 components…

all AS3 components in the externally loaded SWF lose their font type.

this would include the AS3 components: button, list, combobox, textArea etc.

Can anyone explain the ‘why’ of this to me.

I’ve read alot of threads but all speak about asset managment of AS2 so far, and have not addressed AS3 component asset management.

ugh.
