# Computer Theory on Silence

The only two moving parts that I can think of are the fan and the harddrive. These are also the only two parts of a computer that make noise. If one were to use liquid cooling and a hard drive similar to the USB drives we have today, wouldn’t the computer be relatively silent? Why hasn’t this been created for the mainstream market?
