# Conditional statement not working?

Hi All,  
In the code below i can’t seem to get the second conditional statement to work.  
Any Ideas?

on (press) {  
startDrag(this, true);  
}  
on (release) {  
stopDrag();  
if (this.\_droptarget == “/box9”) {  
\_root.corSound.start();  
\_root.count = \_root.count+1;  
\_root.cnt = \_root.count;  
this.\_visible = false;}  
tellTarget ("/box9") {  
gotoAndStop(“pic”);  
\_alpha = 100;  
}

if (\_root.count == 10 && sisaSec \>20){  
tellTarget ("/") {gotoAndStop(4)  
}  
}

else if(\_root.count == 10 && sisaSec \<20){  
tellTarget ("/") {gotoAndStop(3)  
}  
}  
}
