heloo friends,  
i am a php devloper but i have a task which is related to flash soo therefore i need you people help

here this code i found to connect with tcp/ip but when i compile and run this i t give me 19 error can any one fix this and more can any one help me to connect to localhost server your guide line might help me to complete this task
