tell me what you think. It’s just in the begining stages but i would like to get peoples opinoins if i should go with this design.
Plus is 67 kb too large for each image for a website?. They are PNGs because I needed the transparency and PNg’s showed the gradual shadows better then Gifs. In flash I changed the quality to 1% of the original image and they are still too large. Is there any other file format I could use which decreaese the file size but keeps the images properties? or is there another way i compress these file altoghther. The FLA with just these two images decreased are 206 KB. Can someone help because I really like these concepts

if your making a flash site, and the main interface area is like 70 kb, its okay because they only load it once. for an html page, i would really try to keep it down, to save bandwith and shorten loading time. they both look really cool, but have you tried jpg’s. if your importing them into flash the quality is usually really high.
also remember that if you are importing something into flash from photoshop, keep it the same size, and the quality shouldn’t change. hope this helps.😉

I like the secnd one but it seems I have seen that shape of a nav somewhere. Yes make the shadow not so much darker nut take out some of the halo. the colors look promising. Keep it up I would love to see your progress
